Double-clicking a thumbnail displays the full-size image in an Image Viewer window. The Batch File Insertion dialog (not related to the underlying query) lets users pick multiple image files from a directory and its subdirectories. Files can be selected us- ing keyboard and mouse actions, and by complex criteria. The Virage engine then analyzes each image and inserts it into a database.
